At MANAULF, most products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste and create each piece intentionally. For that reason, we do not offer standard change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or affected by a production issue, please contact us with your order details and clear photos where relevant, and we will review the best resolution as quickly as possible.

We want customers to feel informed before they order. That is why we encourage you to review product details, size guides, and delivery notes carefully, especially on technical-performance items where fit and fulfilment timing may differ from our core range. If you are unsure before placing an order, contact us and we will be happy to help.


1. Business Model Notice

All ManaUlf products are made-to-order and customized. Production begins shortly after purchase.

Under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and similar frameworks), customized goods are exempt from standard withdrawal/return rights.


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

For customers located in the European Union:

·         The standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

o    Goods made to the consumer’s specifications

o    Personalized or print-on-demand products

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.


3. Returns & Refunds Policy

ManaUlf does not offer cash refunds or traditional returns.

We provide store credit or replacement only under specific conditions.


4. Eligible Claims

You may request resolution if:

·         Product is damaged upon arrival

·         Product is defective

·         Incorrect item was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly at manager@manaulf.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where appropriate. We will review the case and work toward a fair resolution in line with the nature of the issue.


5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, ManaUlf will, at its discretion:

·         Issue store credit (100% of product value), or

·         Provide a replacement product

Store credit:

·         Issued as a discount code

·         Valid for 90 days

·         Non-transferable and non-refundable


6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not cover:

·         Incorrect size selection by customer

·         Change of mind

·         Minor variations in color, print, or placement

·         Delays caused by carriers


7. Returns Requirement

ManaUlf reserves the right to:

·         Request return of the product in specific cases

·         Or waive return requirements to reduce cost and delays

Return shipping costs (if required) may be the responsibility of the customer unless legally required otherwise.


8. Shipping & Lost Orders

·         Orders considered lost after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international)

·         Verified lost orders will receive store credit or replacement


9. Fraud & Abuse

ManaUlf reserves the right to:

·         Refuse claims that appear fraudulent

·         Limit repeated claims per customer


10. Limitation of Liability

ManaUlf is not liable for:

·         Indirect or consequential damages

·         Delays outside of our control


11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

·         Understand products are made-to-order

·         Accept store credit as the primary resolution method

·         Agree to this policy in full
